GREAT FALLS - A woman was arrested after reportedly driving drunk through a Great Falls fast food drive-through with two young children and an open container in the car.
Stacy Dawn Rattray is facing a felony charge of driving under the influence, two counts of endangering the welfare of children and driving with an open container.
Great Falls police were called to McDonald's on 10th Avenue South shortly after 9 p.m. on Sunday night where they reportedly found Rattray in her car in the drive-through lane, along with two children that she was babysitting and an open container.
The police report says that Rattray had trouble finding her license, insurance and registration, and she smelled of alcohol, was slurring her words and swayed when standing.
Rattray reportedly admitted to drinking alcohol.
Two girls, ages 4 and 2, were inside the car. Rattray told police that she was babysitting them but could not remember the name of their mother.
A breathalyzer test of Rattray at the scene revealed a blood alcohol content of .277, more than three times the legal limit for operating a vehicle.
Rattray was taken to the Cascade County Detention Center and is scheduled to make her initial court appearance on Monday afternoon.
Court documents state that Rattray already has three DUI convictions, including one in 1991, one in 2007 and one in 2011.
