WHITEFISH - Whitefish Police are issuing an advisory to everyone that goes to local bars.
Police say there may have been unsubstantiated instances where both men and women believe they were drugged.
Whitefish Police say they don't have any solid leads to confirm those claims, but they want you to be careful. Police are reminding bar patrons to protect yourself against people that might put a drug in your drink.
Never leave your glass unattended and don't take a drink from someone you don't know. Avoid drinking beverages from pitchers that haven't been monitored. Watch out for your friends too! If you or someone you're with thinks they've been drugged get to the emergency room and call police. They say time is of the essence.
