Wet weather is to blame for two separate crashes on I-90 in Bozeman.
Two cars crashed on I-90 between the seventh and main street exits Sunday afternoon during a hail storm.
Bozeman police tell us a car lost control on the slippery, hail covered highway, careened off the road, crashed through a fence and knocked over a small tree before coming to a rest.
One passenger escaped without injury. The driver and the other passenger were extricated by rescue crews and taken to Bozeman Deaconess Hospital.
The second accident happened just across the highway from the first when a vehicle slipped on the ice and went off the road. No one was hurt.
Both crashes slowed traffic for about an hour.
