MISSOULA - After about three hours of deliberation, a Missoula jury found former Big Sky Health dispensary owner Jason Washington guilty on two of three felony charges.

The jury found Washington guilty for conspiracy to manufacture and distribute marijuana and possession with intent to distribute marijuana.

They found him not guilty of possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.

Washington is facing these charges in connection with his former medical marijuana business Big Sky Health that was raided by federal agents in November of 2011.
