UPDATE: Floating is closed on the Madison River from Warm Springs to Blacks Ford fishing access. Fishing access sites at Damselfly and Blacks Ford are closed at this point as well, according to Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks.

Two helicopters and 25 engines are responding to a fire along Norris Road near the Bear Trap Canyon.

Between 75 to 80 responders are fighting the fire, which is burning in very rough terrain.

The fire is burning from Bear Trap Canyon towards Cherry Creek.

Officials say that winds are so strong in the area and the fire is moving so fast that it is dangerous for crews to get out in front of it, so they are fighting it from the sides and from above.

Officials believe the fire is human-caused and have a person of interest.
