Vann's negotiating possible sale

MISSOULA - The owners of Vann's appliance and electronics store are negotiating the sale of the company with a potential third party buyer.
The company's Chapter 11 trustee, Dick Samson, tells us Vann's received a purchase offer late last week.
We still don't know who the buyer is because the company signed a "non-disclosure" agreement with that potential buyer.
Vann's filed for bankruptcy in early August, attributing it to a recent steep drop-off in sales.
Vann's employs more than 150 people at stores across Montana, including Kalispell, Billings, Bozeman, Missoula and Hamilton. The company also has a warehouse in Lolo.
