UPDATE: Winter Weather Advisory for all of SW Montana

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for all of SW Montana tonight through Wednesday morning. Periods of snow, gusty north winds, below zero wind chills and reduced visibilities will produce hazardous travel conditions.

Snowfall estimates will be higher west of the divide with 3"-5" and east of the divide 1"-3" valleys and 3"-6" over the mountain passes.

North winds 15-25 mph will produce below zero wind chills and at times blowing and drifting snow.

Chief Meteorologist Mike Heard will have updates on this round of wintry weather tonight at 5:30pm and 10pm on KXLF and KBZK.
