UPDATE: 4:28 p.m.
According to Airport Director Brian Springer, a Beach Baron aircraft's landing gear collapsed around 2:40 p.m. as it touched down at the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport.
Two commercial flights, a Frontier and a SkyWest (Delta), that were immediately behind this plane were diverted because they did not have enough fuel to circle the airport.
The Beach Baron aircraft has now been towed off the runway and no injuries have been reported.
Travelers are advised to check the airport website for updates on further delays although operations are said to be going back to normal.
BOZEMAN - A Salt Like City flight that was supposed to land at the Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport at 3:15 p.m. has been diverted while several other flights are currently delayed.
The cause of the delay has not been confirmed but our I-Cam view shows a plane was having trouble on the runway and was surrounded by emergency personnel. It has now been towed off the runway.
We are waiting for official word on the incident and will update you with more information as soon as it becomes available.
Meanwhile, if you want to stay updated on flight delays or diversions, visit the airport's website.
