BOZEMAN - Shortly after noon on Wednesday, a car careened off the road and nearly smashing into a building near 9th and Main Street.
Police said the man driving the car was having a seizure when he lost control, slammed into a parked car, knocked over a street sign and then came to a stop just a few feet from a business.
Officer Abe Antonucci was on bicycle patrol less than a block away when the accident happened.
"It was amazing. I didn't know what we would find in the other vehicles - another injury or not," he said. "I was kind of worried if it was going into the house, into the Triple A bail bonds here or not."
No one was injured in the crash and the driver was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
A car crash about 12:30 Wednesday afternoon near 9th and Main in Bozeman left a man injured and his vehicle near hitting a building. Police say the driver hit a street sign and another car. Officers tell us they believe the driver had a seizure before the accident.
