BOZEMAN - Three people suffered minor injuries after a car collided with a semi-truck on Jackrabbit Lane Thursday night.
The driver of a blue passenger car was traveling east on Cameron Bridge Road and failed to stop at a stop sign, according to the Montana Highway Patrol.. The car crashed into the side of a semi-truck that was traveling south on Jackrabbit Lane.
Troopers said the truck was carrying liquid fertilizer and a hazardous materials team was called in as a precaution. Authorities said some diesel fuel from the semi may have leaked, but they do not believe any liquid fertilizer spilled.
The mangled truck was still lying in the ditch in front of Kenyon Noble as of 7:30 a.m. Friday.
The truck driver and two people in the car were taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. MHP said everyone involved was wearing a seat belt.
