GREAT FALLS - Kristian Underdahl of Great Falls, 18-years-old, appeared in a Great Falls courtroom on Wednesday.
He is charged with three counts of sexual intercourse without consent and one count of aggravated kidnapping.
Underdahl's attorney has been ordered to disclose by late September whether they intend to put forth evidence of psychological issues.
The charges in one case involve a 13-year-old girl who reported that she was raped by Underdahl on March 26th at a trailer outside his home in the Fox Farm neighborhood. Court documents state that the girl was able to get up and leave and began walking down the street, but Underdahl caught up with her and dragged her back to his home; he then took her inside the house and reportedly had sexual intercourse with her again.
More charges were filed on Thursday, April 25th, and involved a 14-year-old girl who reported that on or about March 28th, Underdahl "forcibly removed her bottom garments" and proceeded to have intercourse with her; the charging document states that the girl told him to stop and attempted to fight him off; he then allegedly left the room briefly and then returned, forcing himself on her again.
Underdahl was charged in February 2013 with a similar crime that reportedly happened in December 2012 involving another underage female; he was released on $10,000 bond for that incident.
Underdahl's trial date has been set for January 13th, 2014.
