MISSOULA - A judge set three separate trial dates for the Missoula daycare providers accused of leaving a child in a van this summer.

Tot Town Day Care Director Melanie Hoke and her staff members, Jennifer Nogel and Michelle Asby, are facing two misdemeanor charges for the alleged incident.

They're accused of leaving a 4-year-old boy in a van for over two hours, while the rest of the group watched a movie at the Carmike Theater. Asby was the driver of the van in which the child was allegedly left alone. Hoke's attorney says his client was not working that day, but she was at the theater with her own children.

Hoke is scheduled to go to trial at the end of January, while Nogel and Asby are scheduled for February.
