BILLINGS - Today, we celebrate legendary music icon, Johnny Cash.

The man in black would have turned 81 years old today. Who better to help the Magic City celebrate, than Billings' newest country station, Twang 105.1.

Loved for his many hit singles, ranging from "Ring of Fire" to "Hey, Porter." Cash was born February 26th, 1932, into a farming family in Kingsland, Arkansas.
He grew up singing in church and reportedly learned to play the guitar after enlisting in the Air Force.

Cash's first big hit,"Cry, Cry, Cry," came in 1955, shortly followed by, "Folsom Prison Blues".
"I Walk the Line" hit number one on Billboard's Top 20.
