BILLINGS- The man who stands accused of kidnapping and assaulting an 11-year-old Cody, Wyoming girl after abducting her in October of last year faces additional charges.
Initially, 40-year-old Jesse Paul Speer was charged with kidnapping, aggravated assault and illegal use of a firearm for alleged crimes stemming from the girl's abduction.
On December 21st, 2012, Speer pled not guilty to all three charges.
According to The Cody Enterprise and other media outlets, Speer was charged late in the week with three additional charges.
The Cody Enterprise reports those charges are 1st degree sexual assault, 2nd degree sexual assault and an additional count of aggravated assault.
Future court dates have not yet been set for Speer.
