Winterfest at Seeley Lake kicks off tonight.
A whole week and two weekends of outdoor activities will start off at 6 p.m. with a Chinese New Year Parade and Tannenbaum Bonfire at the Filling Station. Then skiers and sharpshooters will get ready to compete in a biathlon starting from the Moose River Bar and Grill.
Tomorrow morning at 10 a.m., another biathlon will start from the Seeley lake Nordic Ski Trail.
The Driftrider Snowmobile Club will hold a Snow Ball at the Community Hall at 6 p.m.
The first weekend will wrap up on Sunday with ski races and snowmobile poker runs.
Snow sculpture building will also be held during the first weekend and viewing the sculptures during the second weekend.
