BOZEMAN - Two of the weekly awards handed out by the Big Sky Conference are heading to Bozeman.

After the blowout 65-30 win over Portland State, Montana State's Caleb Schreibeis has been named one of three Defensive Players of the Week, while Shawn Johnson has been tabbed as the Special Teams Player of the Week.

Schreibeis tallied two sacks and two forced fumbles in addition to seven total tackles in the rout. The Billings native leads the nation in forced fumbles with seven and is also second in the conference with 10 sacks. He was a part of a Montana State defense that held Portland State to four first downs and 18 passing yards in the first half.

Johnson had just as brilliant a performance Saturday. He returned a punt 72 yards for a touchdown, the first for the Bobcats since 2007. The Bakersfield, CA native finished the game with 155-all-purpose yards, with 73 on punt returns, 27 on kick returns, 54 receiving yards, all on a 54 touchdown reception, and 1 rush yard.
