The Powell County Coroner says Patricia Graves, 57, of Ronan died from blunt force trauma injuries while traveling as a passenger with her husband near Deer Lodge.

The car crash happened in the eastbound lane of I-90 near mile marker 172 around noon on Tuesday.

41 year old Christopher Kepler of Sand Point, Idaho was reportedly driving the wrong way on the interstate at 95 miles per hour, according to witnesses.

Kepler hit Graves' 2004 Dodge truck head-on.

The Powell County Attorney's office has not filed any charges as of Wednesday.

All three individuals in the crash wore their seat belts.
