PHILIPSBURG - Crews are continuing to gain ground on the Rumsey Gulch Fire that's burning just outside of Philipsburg.
Fire officials report the blaze is holding at just under 350 acres and that containment has grown to 90%.
Firefighters are continuing to work on mop-up operations as continued cool and wet weather has helped calm the fire, which ignited Monday afternoon when a tree fell onto a power line.
More personnel were released Friday morning, and fire managers say that the demobilization of resources will continue if conditions are favorable.
Five homes and three outbuildings burned in the fire.
Rumsey Gulch Road is open to local traffic only, and residents were allowed to return to their homes.
