PPL Montana awards grants in Dillon and Wisdom

Non-profit organizations in Dillon and Wisdom were awarded the Community Fund Grant from PPL Montana, according to Lisa Perry, the corporation's community affairs manager. Twice a year the corporation donates grants to schools and non-profit organizations.

The YMCA in Dillon was awarded $4,000, which it will use to replace the therapy pool heater. The Wisdom Community Center received $5,000, which it will use to repair water and sewer systems, according to Perry.

PPL Montana awarded 14 organizations across Montana for a total of $100,000 in grant awarded money, according to Perry.

The deadline for the next series of PPL Montana grants is January 31. The application is open to non-profits and schools. Grants range from $1,000-$10,000.
