Plans underway to rennovate MSU's Romney Gym

MSU plans to ask the state legislature for 20-million dollars to renovate one of the old buildings on campus. The Romney gyms was built in 1922 and used to be the primary venue for sporting events including basketball. Over the years use for the building has changed including adding classroms. Some of building, including an old pool aren't being used.

The University held two public meetings Thursday to inform students and staff about project and get feedback about the future of Romney Gym.
