Physicians glad to see Butte clinic changes

Physicians can now spend more time practicing medicine at a newly purchased clinic in Butte.
This week St. James healthcare announced the purchase of Rocky Mountain Clinic.
The clinic will now be named St. James Rocky Mountain Clinic.
Now that the clinic is in possession of the hospital, doctors can see more patients and doing less business work.
In the past Rocky Mountain Clinic physicians were responsible for managing the practice.
Now there is a staff to do that for the physicians.
Physician Dennis Salisbury says, "All of that time freed up will really allow us to spend more time focusing on getting the patients and doing what we really went into medicine for in the first place. None of us went to medical school so that we could be business people. We went to medical school to take care of patients and we're really excited about that part."
The St. James Rocky Mountain Clinic can be accessed through the hospital and is attached to the main building.
