MISSOULA - The fugitive who was arrested in connection to the death of a teenager told a Missoula judge he'll go back to Washington State to face the charges against him.
Missoula Police arrested Bobby Jerome Bilderback, 44, of Malden, Washington at around 11am on Monday. Police say he was staying at a home on 34th Street when he was picked up by officers.
Bilderback and two others are now in custody for the death of a Donavin Stapert, 17, of Washington whose body still hasn't been found.
Investigators believe the teenager died at a home in Malden, Washington in early March and the suspects then took his body somewhere else.
All of the suspects are facing different charges, but they include Controlled Substance Homicide, Providing a Controlled Substance to Persons Under Age 18 and Unlawful Disposal of Human Remains.
