BOZEMAN - Montana State University is looking into the possibility of selling alcohol in Bobcat Stadium during football games.
The university emphasizes that it's only in the initial phase of the process. Currently, MSU is in contact with other universities across the nation that have alcohol policies.
One of the changes that could take place would be a "no re-entry" after halftime, a change that could impact fans.
Assistant marketing director for the athletics department, Drew Ingraham, says the university is taking its time, making sure options are looked at and pros and cons are weighed.
"This is a major change in policy. This is something we do not want to rush. We want to make sure that everything is in place and we've gotten feedback, we've done our research," Ingraham said.
