MISSOULA - The Montana Supreme Court is taking its show on the road and will be hearing a controversial case in Missoula on Friday.
The justices will hear oral arguments concerning the movement of buffalo in the state starting at 9:30 a.m. in the Dennison Theater on the University of Montana campus.
The group, Citizens for Balanced Use, sued Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks after bison were moved from Yellowstone National Park to the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation. The suit says state law was broken in the process.
Friday's hearing is open to the public.
