BILLINGS - One of the landmarks of downtown Billings is on the auction block today.
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) has opened the public auction of the former Battin Courthouse.
According to the GSA, this sale represents a unique opportunity to acquire a significant building located in the Central Business District of Billings at 316 North 26th Street. The sale includes one office building of approximately 221,000 square feet on a nearly an acre lot.
Bids start at $1. Interested bidders will have to provide a $45,000 refundable registration deposit to register for the sale and to bid on the property. The former US James F.
