This weeks weather pattern is looking active especially for afternoon to early evening thunderstorms Tuesday and Wednesday.
A trough on the west coast and High pressure over the central Rockies will produce an unstable SW surface flow for most of Montana and with it periods of mostly afternoon and evening thunderstorms.
Storm Prediction Center has us under a chance for thunderstorms for a few days and some may be strong with brief heavy rain, hail, gusty winds which is typical for this time of year.
Temperatures will be cooling down a little throughout the rest of the week as well.
