MISSOULA - Authorities have released the name of the Missoula man who died in an early Sunday morning crash along Gold Creek Road in the Blackfoot Valley.
Missoula County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Paige Pavalone says that Joshua C. Sherry, 23, of Missoula died when the vehicle he was driving rammed into a tree.
The Montana Highway Patrol reports that a Subaru Forester, with three people inside crashed just after 3 a.m. on Sunday.
Troopers say that Sherry, who's originally from California, lost control and went off the right side of the road. He was taken to St. Patrick Hospital where he later died.
The other two passengers refused medical treatment, but went to the hospital with the driver. Authorities are still investigating the crash.
