MISSOULA - One of the two men who have been accused of breaking into several Missoula church buildings will spend three years in the Montana Department of Corrections for violating his probation.
The Department of Corrections time will be in addition to the sentence he'll receive for the church burglaries.
Prosecutors say Jon Phillip Worcester and Drake Anthony Hotzel broke into and vandalized four churches, some of them more than once. They're accused of taking cash, Christmas presents, food and other valuables.
Worcester's burglary sentencing is set for next Tuesday while Hotzel is scheduled to be sentenced on April 23.
