A man who allegedly fled from a Butte court room on Thursday after he was told he was going to jail turned himself over to authorities Friday morning. After turning himself in, he was charged with felony escape according to officials in the Butte-Silver Bow County Attorney's office.
Terry Falcon Jr.,33, was in Butte District Court Thursday morning. He had been convicted of felony theft.
Judge Kurt Krueger informed him his suspended sentence would be revoked and he would be returned to the detention center.
Falcon ran from the court room and out of the court house. He turned himself over to authorities around 11a.m. on Friday.
Falcon's bond is set at $100,000.
