Man Tasered after incident with Polson police

POLSON - A 19-year-old man got the attention of Polson police after he was reportedly breaking bottles, yelling profanities and removing his clothing.

When officers got to the area, near Seventh Avenue East and the Cherry Hill Apartments, they say Brandon Ferguson challenged the officer to fight.

Officers finally had to Taser Ferguson and when paramedics arrived he allegedly spit on one of them then spit on an officer.

After Ferguson was taken to the Lake County Detention facility officers say he threatened their lives. Ferguson is being held in Lake County Detention until he appears in court.
