LIBBY - Attorneys for asbestos victims in the Libby and Lincoln County areas are now seeking more than $4 million as part of a legal settlement with WR Grace.
That money was intended to cover the victims' ongoing medical costs, but a group of several lawyers involved including some from the Kalispell area say they put in more than 16,000 hours into the case.
A judge has ordered a fairness hearing on the request.
The money would be around 20 percent of the $19.6 million settlement Grace agreed to last year.
