MISSOULA - A Kalispell woman accused of pushing her husband off a cliff in Glacier National Park, has officially been charged with murder.
The grand jury indictment came down late Thursday afternoon.
Jordann Linn Graham has been charged with first degree murder, second degree murder and for making a false statement.
The incident occurred in Glacier National Park on July 13th after Graham told authorities she was arguing with her husband Cody Johnson and pushed him off the cliff.
The couple has been married just eight days before Johnson's death.
Graham was charged in U.S. District Court in Missoula Thursday afternoon.
A separate count charges her with lying to Glacier National Park officials about Johnson's disappearance.
