KALISPELL - A man accused of pepper spraying police officers pleaded not guilty on Thursday in Flathead District Court.
Brandon Haddon, 24, was arrested in April for assaulting a police officer and charged with felony counts of assault on a peace officer.
Haddon reportedly showed up at the Kalispell police station and pepper sprayed several officers. He reportedly pointed the pepper spray at an officer that he confronted at the station. That officer then called for back-up, and the officer used a Taser on Haddon, but it didn't work.
Haddon was then allegedly able to pepper spray two other officers.
Both of the officers used their Tasers on Haddon and were finally able to arrest him, but he continued to struggle with officers.
