KALISPELL - A 29-year-old Kalispell man died in a one car rollover Saturday night on U.S. Highway 2 near Big Horn Drive.
The Montana Highway Patrol reports the man was driving eastbound when he failed to negotiate a left hand curve, went into a sideways slide, and then went off the north side of the road. The car rolled over several time before coming to rest on its top.
The man was wearing a seatbelt, but was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident was called in around 11:30 p.m., and authorities say speed was a factor in the wreck.
