A Gallatin County District Judge has ordered a Logan man to shut down a trailer court he owns due to health concerns.
The Gallatin City-County health department began investigating Gene Morgan's property back in May after a 20-year-old woman who lived there died of Hantavirus.
Rhea Lynn Baxter's family says they believe she contracted the disease in her rental home.
In August, officials filed a lawsuit citing health concerns after inspections showed the trailers were infested with rodents and the well water was contaminated with coliform bacteria.
Currently, people are living in three of the five mobile homes.
Judge Mike Salvagni ordered Morgan to stop renting out any of the trailers and said the current occupants must vacate.
