18-year-old Tiffany Johnson of Florence and 21-year-old Joseph Nelson of Kalispell are both facing felony drug charges.
Prosecutors say on Sunday a Missoula deputy saw the two parked behind the Super Walmart.
He approached the pair and saw them trying to hide something in their car.
The two ended up telling the officer they were homeless and that they were mixing the sea salt and super glue to form a substance that looked like meth.
They allegedly admitted selling it to anyone looking for drugs in any amount for whatever price they could.
They're both in jail on a 5-thousand dollar bail.
