Icy roads lead to more crashes in Gallatin County

BOZEMAN - Icy roads over the last couple weeks are making tough work for law enforcement officials.

Gallatin County Undersheriff Dan Sprenger says that while the volume of calls has not changed, the sheriff's office is getting a lot more slide-offs and minor accidents due to the icy roads.

While the roads may have improved this afternoon with warmer temps, expect more icy conditions tonight as the mercury drops below freezing once again.
