Holy Rosary Catholic Church celebrated by hundreds

BOZEMAN - Holy Rosary held its rededication ceremony Sunday morning, presided over by Bishop George Leo Thomas of the Diocese of Helena.

Holy Rosary, which celebrated its 100-year anniversary in 2008, reopened recently after a two-year remodel. The church effectively doubled in size, going from a capacity of 350 to 650.

Church congregant Linda Stricker says of the ceremony, "Most people will not be able to experience this in their lifetime, because the only way you can experience this is to be part of a brand new church, or a remodel like this one."

The final price tag on the remodel is $5 million.
