BILLINGS- A 39-year-old Greycliff man was killed early Sunday morning when he rolled his pickup after colliding with a guardrail on Interstate 90.
According to the Montana Highway Patrol, the man was traveling eastbound around 3:15 a.m. when he slammed into the guardrail at mile marker 379 and rolled his truck off the road.
The man, who was the only passenger in the Ford F-250 pickup truck, was ejected from the vehicle as it rolled and sustained a head injury.
Emergency crews transported the man to the Pioneer Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
Montana Highway Patrol says both speed and alcohol were a factor in the crash and the driver was not wearing a seatbelt.
