Kristian Underdahl of Great Falls, 18 years old, has been charged with three counts of sexual intercourse without consent against a third underage girl.
Underdahl was in court on Monday facing three charges of sexual intercourse without consent and one count of aggravated kidnapping.
The charges in that case involved a 13-year old girl who reported that she was raped by Underdahl on March 26 at a trailer outside his home in the Fox Farm neighborhood. Court documents state that the girl was able to get up and leave and began walking down the street, but Underdahl caught up with her and dragged her back to his home; he then took her inside the house and reportedly had sexual intercourse with her again.
The new charges, filed on Thursday, April 25th, involve a 14-year old girl who reported that on or about March 28th, Underdahl "forcibly removed her bottom garments" and proceeded to have intercourse with her; the charging document states that the girl told him to stop and attempted to fight him off; he then allegedly left the room briefly and then returned, forcing himself on her again.
Underdahl was charged in February 2013 with a similar crime that reportedly happened in December 2012 involving another underage female; he was released on $10,000 bond for that incident.
The judge on Monday set bond for Underdahl at $200,000, saying that he poses a "significant risk of harm to the public."
Court documents for the new charges filed on Thursday request that bail be increased by $100,000 due to the nature of the alleged crimes and the defendant's "serious" criminal history.
