GREAT FALLS - Charles Price, 21, and Jayson Warner, 24, charged with raping a 14 year old girl, pleaded not guilty in a Great Falls courtroom on Thursday.
According to court documents, the three helped the teen sneak away from home before engaging in sex with her.
Steven Readicker, 23, did not have an arraignment today but is charged with one count of sexual intercourse without consent, a felony.

Three men have been arrested and are facing charges of sexual intercourse without consent after reportedly raping a 14-year old girl.
The Cascade County Sheriff's Office received a report on the morning of Tuesday, August 6th, of a possible assault and disturbance.
A press release from the Sheriff's office states that "...after the response and initial investigation it was discovered that three adult males had been having sexual intercourse for the past several days with a 14 year old female runaway who was found at this location."
Charles Price, 21; Steve Readicker, 23; and Jayson Warner, 23, all of Great Falls, were taken into custody; the child was returned to the custody of her parents.
According to court documents the three helped the teen run away from home before engaging in sex with her.
Court documents state that the alleged incidents occurred at several locations, including a residence along Vaughn Road and at a residence on Lower River Road.
The charging documents also say that each of the three men witnessed the others engage in sex with the victim.
Readicker is charged with one count of sexual intercourse without consent; Price and Warner are charged with two counts of sexual intercourse without consent.
In addition, Readicker is charged with felony custodial interference and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.
Price and Warner also faces additional charges of felony tampering with a witness, felony custodial interference, and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.
