GREAT FALLS - Cody Zane Yearout of Great Falls has been charged with sexual intercourse without consent and sexual abuse.
Yearout, 22-years-old, was taken into custody on Saturday, October 19th, at a house on Riverview Drive and 4th Street Northeast.
The High-Risk Unit of the Great Falls Police Department was dispatched to serve the warrant, as police had reason to believe that he may be dangerous.
The warrant was issued based on an alleged sexual assault that was reported just after 2 a.m. on Saturday.
Bond for Yearout has been set at $200,000.

GREAT FALLS - Police officers are on the scene of house on the corner of Riverview Drive East and 4th Street NE.
An officer tells us that they arrived at the house at about 6 a.m. to conduct a search, and that one person has been taken into custody.
People who live near the house tell us that a flash-bang device was used, but the officer would not confirm or deny that.
As of 10 a.m., the Crime Scene Unit van and several officers were still at the scene, but were not able to provide any other details at this time.
