Andy's Glass in Belgrade has replaced about 50 pieces of glass since a rash of vandalism late Monday night and into Tuesday morning. "It's been insanely busy... it's been like the mini hail storm of 2010, only vehicles." said Andy Glass Office Manager Debbie Briggs.
119 cars were shot up in Belgrade, west of Belgrade and in the River rock subdivision. Deputies say the shooter used a BB gun and was likely in a moving car when the shots were fired. Police are looking for a red or maroon Subaru legacy hatchback that may be related to the vandalism.
At Andy's glass they are booked through Saturday repairing the glass on damaged vehicles. They say the average price of the repairs has been $300. They say they've also repaired the glass at several businesses that were also shot at during the vandalism spree.
