A former Montana Tech student has entered a guilty plea to several charges, including vehicular homicide.
Myles Kittleson appeared in Beaverhead County District Court Tuesday to change his plea to guilty on 5 of the 7 charges he faces.
In May of last year, Kittleson was driving on highway 43 between Divide and Dewey at a high rate of speed and rolled several times.
One Montana Tech student was killed and 3 others were injured.
Kittleson plead guilty to vehicular homicide while under the influence, 3 counts of negligent vehicular assault and driving under the influence.
In exchange for his change of plea 2 misdemeanor charges were dropped, including unlawful transaction of children and theft.
A pre-sentence investigation is underway before sentencing can be scheduled.
