BUTTE - A former Butte civil judge who resigned after accusations of doctor-shopping for methadone is in trouble with the law again.
Robert Lee was arrested around midnight for driving under the influence of dangerous drugs in Jefferson County.
Jefferson County authorities responded to a report of a vehicle entering the highway on an exit ramp. When authorities located the vehicle, it was traveling on I-90 west in the right direction.
Lee was arrested and charged for driving under the influences of dangerous drugs, a misdemeanor.
In 2010, Lee was accused of driving under the influence of methadone. In December, he pleaded guilty to two previous felony counts of fraudulently obtaining dangerous drugs.
He is also charged with violating probation and parole.
Lee is held in Jefferson County on $25,000 bond.
