A Flash Flood Watch has been issued for Gallatin and Park counties until 9 p.m. this evening.
Heavy rains with passing thunderstorms near the Millie Fire burn scar and additional heavy rain this afternoon into the this evening could produce flash flooding and debris flows in and near the burn scar areas. Those living near the burn scars should have a plan of action ready and move immediately to safety should heavy rainfall develop.
Chief Meteorologist Mike Heard will have updated information on the 5:30 and 10 p.m. news tonight on KXLF and KBZK.
