FLORENCE - Five people ended up in the hospital after a Monday afternoon crash on the Eastside Highway near the Florence Fishing Access.
The wreck happened at about 4:30 p.m., when a 15-year-old driver with two passengers turned into the fishing access in front of an oncoming car and got hit. Two people in the other car were also hurt.
The Montana Highway Patrol reports that all but one person had on a seatbelt, and none of the injuries are considered to be serious.
Troopers are reminding people to wear seatbelts out there--especially as we head into a busy holiday week.
