MISSOULA - There's still no word on when the NCAA investigation into the University of Montana football program and the U.S. Department of Justice investigation into how UM and others handled sexual assault allegations will wrap up.

Kevin McRae with the Montana Board of Regents told us that it's still not clear when the probes will be wrapped up, adding that UM has provided the DOJ with updates on what it has done in regard to education and prevention.

McRae also told us that UM is working on revisions to policies and procedures regarding sexual misconduct and has provided preliminary drafts.

The U.S. Department of Justice has a link to the sexual misconduct website, and may also review PETSA, the required curriculum for students on sexual assaults. However, McCrae says UM has not received any report from DOJ or the Department of Education.

The update comes as news that a Griz football player was arrested, on a felony drug charge over the weekend at a Missoula party, and is now suspended from the team. School officials also announced Monday that three other football players have been suspended for one game in a separate incident.
