BOZEMAN - The FBI is offering a reward for information leading to the identification, arrest and conviction of those responsible for vandalizing two Bozeman churches.
No arrests have been made in either of the incidents, which appear to be related. A reward of up to $5,000 is being offered by the FBI.
The first incident happened on March 9 at the Kirkwood Baptist Church on North 15th Avenue. The second was at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church on West Main Street. The churches were both broken into during the late evening or early morning hours, anti-religious messages were spray-painted inside the buildings, multiple fires were set and there was significant damage done to property inside.
Anyone with information about either incident is asked to contact the FBI's Bozeman office at 994-0927 or Bozeman police at 582-2010. Tips can also be emailed to the FBI Salt Lake City Division at SaltLakeCity@ic.fbi.gov.
