The EPA has proposed changes to a 1996 cleanup decision.
The original plan involved remediation of arsenic from Anaconda properties, but lead contaminants have been surfacing for the last few years.
Now the EPA wants to remediate residential homes and yards of lead to protect human health and environment.
The EPA will provide a public comment meeting Wednesday night to address the Community Soils Operable Unit.
It will be at the Metcalf Memorial Senior Citizen Center in Anaconda from 6:30 to 8:30.
